The usual breakfastLunch at the mall. The cup is full of water.
And then a Grande Mocha for my sore throat.
Nathan bought this candy bar and I had a little chunk...1/18th to be exact.
Tomato soup and bread for dinner. I only ate about half of the soup. You'll see the rest of the soup tomorrow!

Breakfast: Starbucks and Low-Fat Banana Chocolate Coffee Cake.Lunch: South Beach Diet Kit - Sesame Chicken. I remember it being better. Maybe if I had mandarin oranges...
We went to Roots to eat. It's a local fare place. I had pork roast. I ate a little more than half of this: a fork-mashed potato, carrots, leeks, sweet potatoes, roast pork, and pear/apple chutney. With a piece of whole-wheat sour dough bread. So good.
And then we split a piece of Carrot Cake. Again, all natural and made in-house. So good.
And we're off to the gym!!

First guilty feeling of the year...

I just ate two small bowls (about one regular-sized bowl) of Cocoa Puffs.
I wasn't really hungry.
And they were kinda stale.
But I'm falling back into Mom and Dad's house patterns.
And I'm back to the gym tomorrow.

Breakfast: Starbucks drink and banana (and a lovely view of my passenger seat under the lights at the convenient store).Hospital Cafeteria Lunch #2: a lot of lettuce, half a cup of taco meat, a lot of tomatoes, and a blob of sour cream. And an orange.
I was feeling incredibly tired around 3:00, and the coffee shop was closed for 2 hours. I ended up getting 2 mini Reese cups.
Dinner: stir-fry chicken and peppers with rice and a few slices of teryaki pineapples
3/4 cup Suger-Free double churned ice cream.
Although this is no-gym day number 2, it's really because of the state of my poor little feet after a days work at the hospital.

And now that I've posted, I officially cannot eat anymore! It's a good thing, too...I'm pretty munchy...

Happy First Day at New Job!

So, I didn't take a picture of breakfast - it was still dark in the car and I don't have a flash on my camera. But I had a Starbucks Drink and a banana.

I was really proud of my hospital cafeteria lunch. A Spinach Wrap (with peppers and cream cheese) and part of a bag of Baked Lays.
Then I went out to dinner with Mom and Dad. I had about half of this salad (with viniagrette)
Then I had spaghetti. About half of this as well.
And then I had a Iced Coffee at Borders. But I forgot to get a picture. I am a terrible blogger.

Happy Monday, everyone!

2.02.08

Today was sort-of a weird food day. It started at 7:30 with my usual.

Then I fixed us breakfast around 11, to prepare us for the gym. 2 slices 35 calorie bread, 2 slices 2% cheese, and 2 eggs.
Around 3, we realized we needed to eat before church. So we split the brie and fruit plate from Cosi.
We were running very easy for church. So we stopped at Starbucks! Tall Mocha, no whip.
And we split the Reduced-Fat Chocolate Banana Coffee Cake. (This is the best treat I've had so far!)
And a late dinner, leftover rice and veggies. I ate a little less than half of this. I heated up what was left, but wasn't as hungry as I thought. I would have been satisfied with a little cereal, but I needed veggies.
