I knew today would be better. I was only running a few minutes later, and I had sunshine and no rain to go with my breakfast-on-the-go. Bottled starbucks drink and a banana.
I was really munchy before lunch, and I turned down the 100 calorie bars (MANY more ingredients than 5!) and had string cheese.Lunch was out, again, and free, again. I opted for the "Sonoma Chicken." Rice, chicken breast topped with chopped tomatoes, and steamed veggies. It was awesome.
I was preparing dinner, and wanted something sweet. And Nate had picked up some of these at the store. (The cups are sitting on the counter as leftovers from one of those coffee-to-go boxes we had at work. I brought the remainder home for Nate one day - including cups. I figure I'll use them one day!)
Dinner was awesome! Sarah came up, and we had pork and sweet potatoes from the grill, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. Very yummy.

So today wasn't the greatest eating day. I'll blame it on the darkness and the rain that started my day.

Breakfast: banana and a bottled Starbucks drink. I promise they taste better in a starbucks cup with starbucks ice.

Lunch was the Pita Pit. Feta, veggies, greek sauce in a whole wheat pita. Very yummy.
My co-worker bought me a cookie. It really wasn't that bad. I stuck the Carmex in for size reference.
Then, after work, I had some time to spare at church. And I had another Starbucks drink.
And dinner was glorious: PF Chang. I ordered the Walnut Shrimp (it comes with honeydew!), and I had a little each of Kent's and Nate's. It was awesome. We also split a dessert 3 ways, but I didn't take any pictures of that.

Breakfast: Starbucks and Clif bar

At orientation this morning, I didn't have my phone with me and I ate a banana. I saved the sticker and stuck it on my water bottle. And then the picture was really fuzzy. It's the thought that counts.
Lunch wasn't the best choice - but it was free, and I felt I had to use the cafeteria voucher I was given. So I had salad, half of the chicken fingers, and fat-free honey mustard. Yes, I know the picture is upside down. I've had trouble loading the pictures. so I'm sure not gonna flip it and load it again. You get the idea.
I brought an apple for lunch (that I didn't eat) so I had a snack available when I wanted one!
Dinner: turkey smoked sausage, 2 eggs, and ketchup. Oh, and milk. And then we went to the gym where I sweated a lot on the arc trainer. Good times.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Breakfast was the usual.
Lunch was the beginning installment of my summertime favorite: tomatoes, mozzarella, and balsamic vinaigrette. It is worth the fat for me. I LOVE this. It is time for spring! (And, let me mention, I drank 2 full nalgene bottles at work!)
Yeah, so I caved and had a snack bag of M&Ms. One bag. That's all. That's serious improvement.
Then, as is our St. Paddy's Day tradition, we headed to Ramsey's for their SPD special: corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew, veggies, and soda bread. I ate all the veggies, all the bread, about half of the stew, and half of the beef and cabbage.

And then we split the Bailey's Irish Cream Cheese Cake. By split, I mean Nate ate a bite, and I ate most of the rest. But it was a great splurge.

I'm back!!

I don't have a full-length mirror in my house, and I wanted to have a pic of my recommitment date, so a public bathroom picture it is. Breakfast: 2 pump Mocha from da 'bucks.
Lunch: 2 slices veggie pizza from PapaLeno's in Berea. I had a medium sized piece and the smallest piece. That's quite a change from my old logic. I'd usually grab the biggest pieces so that I could get the most for the points in 2 slices. That's why I didn't do that well on WW. I found too many ways to cheat, or at least bend the rules. Anywho...
Dinner: Mediterranean Pasta Salad and milk. Glorious.
I was hungry after the gym, and we had banana pancakes in the freezer. These aren't that big. All three are on a saucer, not a big plate.
I'm back to doing this EVERY DAY!!

Breakfast: Starbucks drink and Clif barWe had lunch at the Fudgery. We sure have missed them. I had a cup of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes.
And then I had a cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was good.
And, for dinner, I added shrimp to last night's ratatouille and we ate it over whole wheat pasta. My eyes were way too big for my stomach, so I didn't eat all of this.
And now we're off to the gym!
