Breakfast was a surprise. Yeah, whatever.Lunch: chicken salad sandwich and carrots. I ended up not eating the fruit until I was on my way home from work. I am so sad the chicken salad is gone!
I had 2 mini Reeses for a snack. Only 2.
Dinner was grilled ratatouille with half of a big pita and goat cheese.
I got hungry later. I had a bowl of wheat chex. Nothing too exciting.
I had SO MANY opportunities to go to Starbucks today and I stayed strong! Go me!

Okay, so today did not go as planned, but it went well nonetheless.

Breakfast: surprise, surprise.
Lunch has no picture. I brought a chicken salad sandwich, carrots, and fruit salad. However, my plans were disrupted by a lunch meeting - with my company and hospital folks - with Pizza Hut. I really didn't feel like I was at a point to say no. But my Mama Wolf - ie boss who loves me - ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with me in mind! I had a single slice of pizza and a single breadstick. I really made the most of that.

I also had a Venti Iced 3-Pump White Mocha. I was stressed and had done a lot of other's people's work for "the team." Thus my co-worker bought me a drink. So I drank it.

Dinner was my lunch: chicken salad sandwich and carrots. I wonder where my fruit is? (I remembered to take a picture AFTER I had started my sandwich.)
I have done a little snacking tonight - in the form of the rest of my Clif bar that I didn't finish for breakfast.

Tomorrow is hump day! Yay!

Brekkie: the usual.
Lunch: This is stock footage, but I had the same salad. Mixed greens, shredded chicken, cranberries, walnuts, currants, goat cheese, fig and maple dressing. And I am not using water bottles anymore. I have a pretty Starbucks cup now. You'll see pictures tomorrow.
Snack: A handful peanut M&Ms. I got in our supply drawer for some rubber bands, and the huge bag was staring at me. Hey, it's better than a trip to Starbucks.
Dinner: White Pizza. This bread was kinda between a pita and a tortilla in thickness. Really good. With ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a whole tomato sliced up.
I also had an additional bottled Starbucks drink as a snack this evening. Baby steps, right?

I'm back! And today's food looked like this!

Breakfast: Starbucks and a Clif bar.Lunch was prepared by Kent. HUGE pork chops (I didn't finish mine), grilled sweet potatoes, and 2 huge rolls.
And then lunch-dessert: strawberry shortcake with angel food cake.
And we stopped for a drink several hours later - a venti iced 3-pump white mocha.
Dinner was difficult. I was not hungry at all, but I knew I had to eat. So I had a huge bowl of fruit and a dip of plain yogurt and honey. I actually just had a little dip and then gave it to Nathan. I love my new Starbucks cup!
See you tomorrow!

Breakfast: Starbucks and a Clif bar.Snack: I was starving and had a terrible headache. I tried this from the cafeteria. I wasn't a big fan.
Lunch: YUM! Mixed greens, chicken, cranberries, currants, almonds, goat cheese, and maple fig dressing. I brought everything but the greens from home.
Dinner: These were just okay. Some veggie/cheese/bean concoction. I had 2 of these.
Wow was dinner spicy. Jerk chicken tacos. I only ate one and a half, and only 2 chips. And I had four really big (like supersized) cups of water. I'm gonna be peeing all night.
And I need to add 2 mini reese cups. No picture of those.

Time to do pilates during the Biggest Loser! (I love Bernie!!)

I am back!

I knew today would be better. I was only running a few minutes later, and I had sunshine and no rain to go with my breakfast-on-the-go. Bottled starbucks drink and a banana.
I was really munchy before lunch, and I turned down the 100 calorie bars (MANY more ingredients than 5!) and had string cheese.Lunch was out, again, and free, again. I opted for the "Sonoma Chicken." Rice, chicken breast topped with chopped tomatoes, and steamed veggies. It was awesome.
I was preparing dinner, and wanted something sweet. And Nate had picked up some of these at the store. (The cups are sitting on the counter as leftovers from one of those coffee-to-go boxes we had at work. I brought the remainder home for Nate one day - including cups. I figure I'll use them one day!)
Dinner was awesome! Sarah came up, and we had pork and sweet potatoes from the grill, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. Very yummy.

So today wasn't the greatest eating day. I'll blame it on the darkness and the rain that started my day.

Breakfast: banana and a bottled Starbucks drink. I promise they taste better in a starbucks cup with starbucks ice.

Lunch was the Pita Pit. Feta, veggies, greek sauce in a whole wheat pita. Very yummy.
My co-worker bought me a cookie. It really wasn't that bad. I stuck the Carmex in for size reference.
Then, after work, I had some time to spare at church. And I had another Starbucks drink.
And dinner was glorious: PF Chang. I ordered the Walnut Shrimp (it comes with honeydew!), and I had a little each of Kent's and Nate's. It was awesome. We also split a dessert 3 ways, but I didn't take any pictures of that.

Breakfast: Starbucks and Clif bar

At orientation this morning, I didn't have my phone with me and I ate a banana. I saved the sticker and stuck it on my water bottle. And then the picture was really fuzzy. It's the thought that counts.
Lunch wasn't the best choice - but it was free, and I felt I had to use the cafeteria voucher I was given. So I had salad, half of the chicken fingers, and fat-free honey mustard. Yes, I know the picture is upside down. I've had trouble loading the pictures. so I'm sure not gonna flip it and load it again. You get the idea.
I brought an apple for lunch (that I didn't eat) so I had a snack available when I wanted one!
Dinner: turkey smoked sausage, 2 eggs, and ketchup. Oh, and milk. And then we went to the gym where I sweated a lot on the arc trainer. Good times.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Breakfast was the usual.
Lunch was the beginning installment of my summertime favorite: tomatoes, mozzarella, and balsamic vinaigrette. It is worth the fat for me. I LOVE this. It is time for spring! (And, let me mention, I drank 2 full nalgene bottles at work!)
Yeah, so I caved and had a snack bag of M&Ms. One bag. That's all. That's serious improvement.
Then, as is our St. Paddy's Day tradition, we headed to Ramsey's for their SPD special: corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew, veggies, and soda bread. I ate all the veggies, all the bread, about half of the stew, and half of the beef and cabbage.

And then we split the Bailey's Irish Cream Cheese Cake. By split, I mean Nate ate a bite, and I ate most of the rest. But it was a great splurge.
