I am using this blog as my photographic food journal. I believe it is possible to eat pretty, filling food and get healthy. I'm gonna show you how I do it!
I LOVE being married!
I am losing weight by tuning into my body and listening. I eat when I'm hungry and I exercise until my body tells me to stop. I am tracking all of this on SparkPeople. My goal is to start running when I reach 200 pounds.
I post almost everything I make on my recipe blog (unless it's sloppy or not made at home). Just click on the name of the food, and it should take you there.
