Breakfast: Starbucks drink and a banana. Lunch: Leftover Lentil Soup and 2% Milk.
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Bake.
The exercise plan is 1 hour on treadmill and 1 hour on bike during the Biggest Loser.
