Breakfast: Starbucks and Banana. (289 calories)

Lunch: Rice and stir-fry vegetables. With a few almonds. (215 calories)
Another Starbucks drink. (180 calories)
Dinner: Avgolemono (Greek chicken soup). But I had lunch late, and fixed dinner early 'cause of Nate's basketball game, so I hardly ate any of it. Maybe a third. (105 calories)After basketball game, a bowl of Wheat Chex. (226 calories)And a Choco-Cherry Cupcake with milk. (233 calories)
